Tabs will be able to be re-ordered through drag/drop within the same window. Bug 160720.
A user has 3 tabs open and they wish to drag "tab 2" to the right of "tab 3". They user clicks and holds and drags the tab to the right of tab 3 to achieve this.
When a user is dragging a tab it moves like a ghost of the original tab. The user might change their mind while most a tab and because they are [only] moving a ghost of it, pressing Esc can just cancel what they were doing [attempting to drag the tab].
Tab 2 has now been dragged to the right of "tab 3".
Extensions: If a user Command-clicks [on] tabs [then] they can drag/drop multiple tabs.
Problems: The favicon currently holds the URL of a page and this could cause some weird behaviour conflicts.
