Tabs can be dragged out of an existing window to create a new window. Bug 318260.
A user wants to drag the tab with title "1" from the current browser window and create a new one [browser window] using it [the tab that they are dragging]. A user clicks on the tab, holds [down the mouse button], and drags the tab outside the current window.
When a user releases the mouse button a new Camino [browser] window is created [the contents of this new browser window is the tab that was dragged]. The tab with the title "1" is then removed from the original window.
