Historically, Camino versions have incremented at 0.1 intervals (aside from skipping 0.9b and 0.9 final).  There has been some discussion that the magnitude of changes in 1.1 over 1.0 warrants a higher version number, as well as some opposition to the version following that being called 2.0.
