General Plans

• Post-SOC discussion (User:delliott)
  • I would like to have a post-GSoC discussion so that collectively we can chat about the project. Specifically, I'd like to discuss its positive and negative points along with any other thoughts that people have. Specific bugs that need action

• Bug 311781 - Fix toggle/non-toggle situation in Bookmarks/History by adding a new shortcut
  • Specifically, should we have 3 menu items, or should "toggle bookmarks" be an alternate? Also, 3 toolbar buttons?
• Bug 287708 - When adding bookmark, "bookmark bar" should be above "bookmarks menu" in "Create In" menu
  • We've pretty much decided that we should do comment 9, but that's a big project. Is it ok with us for froodian to make the default selected folder be the bookmarks bar (instead of the top of the list) as a stop-gap measure?
• Bug 159230 - Should be able to bookmark a page without an intermediate dialog
  • Two things need to be decided:

1. Do we want non-intermediate (with a reasonable folder for default) to be default, or intermediate?
2. Keyboard shortcut. We can't use Cmd-option-D, since the OS takes it. Can we use Cmd-K (last letter of bookmark), so we can use Cmd-opt-K for the alternative, and keep Cmd-D for legacy?
