The tab has been dragged from an existing window to create a new window.
Extensions: If a user Command-clicks on multiple tabas then multiple tabs can be dragged into 1 new window.
A user should be able to drag a tab from one existing window into another existing window.
Problems: The favicon currently holds the URL of a page and this could be a problem if a user clicks on it [the favicon] and expects to be able to drag the tab.
