Jasper's To-Do List
Notification icon on main pages has grey background on WinIE (transparent PNG maybe?).
We can fix this one of two ways: add the proper-colored background to the image (the obvious way), or use something like Youngpup's Sleight (http://youngpup.net/2001/sleight) to make the alpha channel work in Win IE. --Wevah
more I'm think we go with adding the background. In addition, we'll need to have a version with a white background in case we use the graphic elsewhere. Moving this to Jasper's todo list.
