16:05 ardissone: any pink?
16:05 smorgan: checking
16:07 smorgan: No pink
16:07 ardissone: ok
16:08 ardissone: is not sure what cl's definition of "right back" is, so
16:08 ardissone: http://wiki.caminobrowser.org/Status_Meetings:2011-03-09:Agenda
16:08 ardissone: on 2.1a1, there's nothing terribly new
16:09 ardissone: crash volume is so low that our friend with the Metdata crash is now the top crash
16:09 ardissone: his latest crash confirmed that he's not using the Save panel when it happens: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/79c14249-0098-442c-bccf-488272110307
16:09 smorgan: hrm
16:10 ardissone: so really, really no idea why Metadata is causing our process to crash :P
16:12 ardissone: the other 2.1a1 topcrash is someone on 10.7, crashing in CoreFoundation via Carbon and QuickTime, ultimately called by Flash :p
16:13 ardissone: so that's all on 2.1a1
16:14 ardissone: on 2.0.6, things are mostly unchanged
16:15 ardissone: since we looked at that _objc_error crash on 2.1 last week, I broke down the _objc_error crashes in 2.0.6 this week
16:16 ardissone: unsurprisingly, two of the functions involve swizzling :P
16:16 ardissone: the others seem like they could involve notifications :P
16:18 ardissone: also in fun 2.0.6 stuff this week:
16:18 ardissone: -[NSWindow makeKeyWindow] crash with Flash 10.2 :/

16:19 smorgan: :(
16:19 ardissone: it doesn't seem to have the same STR as the older ones
16:19 ardissone: nor, i don't think, the same stack, but i forgot to check that
16:19 ardissone: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/25bbb8cc-ad79-411f-a531-dfc3f2110307
16:20 ardissone: yeah, this looks different
16:22 smorgan: Weird. Without STR I'm not sure how to even guess what's going on
16:22 ardissone: and the crashes are about half 10.5 and the other 10.6
16:23 ardissone: but, yeah, so far just watching youtube has not caused me to crash :P
16:25 ardissone: it looks like we saw this as early as november:
16:25 ardissone: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=577567#c11
16:25 ardissone: anwyay
16:26 ardissone: anything else on 2.0.6?
16:27 ardissone: on to 2.0.7
16:28 ardissone: nothing really new there, still on hold for 2.1b1 and various Gecko and that 1 camino fix
16:28 ardissone: on 2.1
16:29 ardissone: not a lot of movement in the past
16:29 ardissone: er, week
16:29 ardissone: some small autocomplete tweaks
16:29 smorgan: I'll try to do the ranking change, but we won't block on it
16:30 smorgan: We need to ship it as soon as we have the strings, basically
16:30 ardissone: i've been bogged down recently
16:30 ardissone: i did get the new ∞ loop code written and half tested last week
16:31 ardissone: and i looked at the accept-lang patch
16:31 ardissone: and thought i was going insane until philippe could repro it totally failing to work
16:32 ardissone: hoping to have some more time in the latter part of this week
16:32 smorgan: I'll play with that
16:32 smorgan: It worked in my test, but it sounds like I was just lucky
16:32 ardissone: to bang out the stuff i'm blocking on
16:32 smorgan: I already did the "feed it garbage via the command line", btw
16:32 ardissone: ok
16:32 smorgan: I did that while developing the patch
16:32 smorgan: But you are welcome to see if you are more creative with your garbage :)
16:33 ardissone: hehe
16:34 ardissone: we continue to slowly get feeback from the "sections" fans: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=10507025#p10507025
16:35 ardissone: nothing especially actionable, i don't think
16:35 smorgan: Someone who mostly loads their bookmarks should have bookmarks coming up first anyway
16:35 ardissone: right
16:36 smorgan: So I'm not sure the problem there is real
16:36 ardissone: "i just liked sections" ;)
16:36 smorgan: The real problem is history, which scoring should help with
16:37 ardissone: the last visit stuff?
16:37 smorgan: yeah
16:37 ardissone: k
16:38 ardissone: anything else on 2.1/b1?
16:38 smorgan: Just the usual
16:38 smorgan: We need to get b1 out there :)
16:38 ardissone: :)
16:38 smorgan: (I saw FF4 RC'd so chances are still high they will beat us :( )
16:38 ardissone: yeah :(
16:39 smorgan: I guess once it's this close it probably doesn't really matter though
16:40 ardissone: smorgan: you have a couple of slightly older requests in your r/sr queue
16:41 ardissone: it would be good to get those in before b1 :)
16:41 smorgan: Yeah, I thought I'd get them last weekend but didn't
16:41 smorgan: I haven't forgotten
16:41 ardissone: k
16:41 ardissone: :)
16:41 ardissone: cl: anything to add today?
16:42 cl: not really
16:42 ardissone: ok then
16:42 ardissone: i think that's all I have
16:43 ardissone: anyone have anything else on anything?
16:43 smorgan: not I
16:44 ardissone: ok then
16:44 ardissone: everyone please work on those 2.1/b1 bugs/reviews, and have a good week :)
