Notes:
- The Release Notes are found on Bug 425130 (attachment 313704)
- The Readme is unchanged from Camino 1.5; this should only be a concern for localizations that did not ship in 1.5.x
- The Software Update Description can be found on Bug 426286 (attachment 313720)
- for 1.6 final, this file is only necessary if a localization has 1.6a/b builds circulating.
