  • Released two weeks ago
    • Software update served updates that didn't work for several hours (oops)
    • Lots of positive reactions around the internet
    • Killer startup crashes :-(

    • Load was a killer again, but Sam was on the ball
    • Please file any bugs on the new design; some changes still to be implemented
  • Breakpad topcrash report for the last 2 weeks - 238 (a bit below average) - NEW topcrashers by URL
    • #1 is various Flash-related crashes (30%)
    • #2 is MacOSFontEntry::GetFontID - Bug 514114 (18%) - big jump with 10.6.2; jdaggett checked in a probable fix Tues
    • #3 is CFRelease / objc_msgSend%20%7c%20TFSInfo::~TFSInfo (10.6.1 unfixed version of Bug 514921?) (2%) - appears fixed by 10.6.2
    • #4 is objc_msgSend%20%7c%20nsNativeThemeCocoa::DrawPushButton (GoogleDesktop) (2%)
    • #5 is objc_msgSend%20%7c%20-%5bNSWindow%20sendEvent:%5d (unknown bug)
    • Crashes we expected to be fixed have indeed vanished
    • Mostly lots of misc signatures

    • would like to get Tp working before switching back to normal config (need more static/PPC coverage)
  • What should we do with cb-minimaya01? Needs HD repair
  • cb-miniosx01 has Ts disabled due to paging/low installed RAM

  • Very slow since 2.0 freeze; hendy's patch needs a reviewer
